Improve user experience with smooth card animations on "How it works" Section

While exploring the “How It Works” section, I noticed that the feature cards (like Challenge-Based Learning, Community Growth, etc.) are static on load and hover. Adding subtle animations here like a gentle fade in on load and a scale or glow on hover could make the UI feel much more engaging and polished.
This can help:

1. Make the sections feel less flat and more interactive

2. Improve user attention and retention as they scroll

3. Keep the design aligned with modern UX experience

I'd love to contribute this as a small enhancement. Planning to use TailwindCSS transitions or depending on the project current tech stack.
