[FR] File imports should be clickable when browsing code

When browsing code, file references in a file should be clickable, allowing me to navigate to that files source. For example, in cursor:

Screen.Recording.2026-01-26.at.8.28.13.PM.mov

This is (probably) going to require language by language support.
