New playlist manager feature

Hello peeps,

I created a "soundcloud playlist manager" since I was having a hard time categorizing my likes, this is a react application that helps you organize your SoundCloud "liked tracks" into "playlists" with, featuring a gamified Tinder-style interface and seamless drag-and-drop functionality to re-order playlists.

• grid view /categorize-grid
