Refrigeration condenser in Gro prototype are undersized. Solaris Technical parameterized the condenser capacity inputs and designed sizing values for use with SWCR007, but did not replace the prototype default values. We need to create a pull request to adopt the new condenser capacity values as the defaults within the prototype, so that they apply to all refrigeration measures.
