Automatic docker image update ? #34

Hi, I wonder if it would be possible to have automatic docker build/push updates on this repo so it would always be on the latest cronicles release (its currently not), also why not using node:lts-alpine instead of node:18-bullseye and node:18-alpine? Thanks
