[Feat][Backend][Large] Improving the browser component

Currently the browser is very limited and we can only go to some specific URLs. We need to explore how to plug in something more robust.

We need the browser to be connected to the runtime and also we need to be able to collect human action on it using coordinate to axtree mapping.
