Add footer component with links and branding

Create a site footer with useful links and project branding.

**Acceptance Criteria:**
- Create Footer component with: GitHub link, docs link, social links
- Show SoroSave branding and copyright
- Include 'Built on Stellar' badge
- Responsive layout for mobile

**Files:** new file `src/components/Footer.tsx`, `src/app/layout.tsx`
