Add compatibility with `processing cli` that replaces `processing-java` on some platforms

Processing 4.4.4 no loner has processing-java instead it uses processing cli (running processing with the command line argument of cli

I cannot reproduce this on Processing 4.4.10 on my device. processing-java is still present, and cli is not recognised as a command argument.

Feel free to reopen this if I am wrong, although I'll need a detailed explanation of how this sub-command works if I am to implement support for it.

processing-java will stay it has been renamed to processing cli on some platforms, on macOS it will stay processing-java for a little while longer.

"on some platforms," i am truly at the mercy of upstream here...

For those wanting a temporary fix to this: aliasing processing-java to processing cli should work as my understanding is this is just a rename from upstream.
