Description
Playing the modpack "Skyopolis: Evolved" and had some memory issues. Using spark to heapdump, I see packetsToSend in net.minecraft.server.network.PlayerChunkSender is using 5GB. The top entry in the table is 2.6GB and the second entry is 1.8GB. Checking the values, the biggest element is only 3.5KB, but there are a bunch of elements. My best guess at what's happening is the mod is only sending the closest chunks, and more chunks are added quickly enough that farther chunks never get sent.
