Accession release issues

Currently, there are two types of accession releases:

(1) the assignment of a accession release name, which is a special stock property and displayed prominently on the accession detail page

(2) creation of a new accession that is the released accession, with its name being the released accession name, and still retaining a connection to the breeding line (through stock_relationship with its own stock_relationship.type_id).

The purpose of this topic is mainly to discuss (2) or other options.
