Deployment pattern using rsconnect package

Thanks for the great example package, I think it would be helpful to include some guidance as to how you would deploy a package like this using the rsconnect package or git backed deployment. The way we ended up solving this was basically publishing the package to a package management system and then having RStudio connect install it from  there, this seems kind of suboptimal.
