A new version of ExecuTorch was released yesterday. This creates an upportunity to update the ExecuTorch package used in our library, utilizing new features added in the latest ExecuTorch release.

What should be done

1. Build the ExecuTorch 1.1 and integrate it with React Native ExecuTorch package.
