Trouble with LiteSpeed Cache

I put my new site into production with Oxygen Builder (Previously I was on Elementor). But I have problem with LiteSpeed cache tool. When I activate it, it creates a flicker of my site. First it loads without formatting and then correctly. The problem is that it is not good for my CLS. How can I improve it? What are the correct settings?

I have different but also severe bugs when using a caching plugin with oxygen, the only way to fix this so far is to deactivate it while working with oxygen on the site - over in the official oxygen facebook group this was discussed, maybe you find help there aswell: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1626639680763454
