Render Page Using Templates (In Bulk?)

So I'm re-doing a website with around 600 pages that need to be swapped out to a new template.

so

1. in the page under the Render page template. Can this be changed in bulk as I cannot find anywhere I can do this
2. I am also currently using ACF to target a category, so I just need to swap out the old template for the new one, but I don't want to do this 600 odd times for each page.

this part here - I want to swap in bulk not page by page and if there was a way to even do this in SQL I'm happy for that
