2.6.1 Menu Builder > Menu Link has no adding Attributes option

I'm trying to add a data attribute to the "Menu Link" element URL (inside the <a> tag). However, there's no "Add Attribute" option in the link settings.

Yet, this attribute exists in the "Menu Button" element. (Menu Button > Link > Setting > Advanced > Attributes)

Problem:

I can't add a data attribute to the "Menu Link" URL (i.e., inside the <a> tag). If I add the attribute in the Advanced tab, this data is added inside the <li> tag, not the <a> tag.

What needs to be done:
The data attribute should also be added to the "Menu Link" element in the "Menu Button" Advanced > Attributes settings.

For example:

1. Create a Menu Builder
2. Create a Menu Link
3. Add a link
4. Try add a custom attributes on the setting. There is no option for add attributes.
