Missing update to top right panel on issue and pull request webpages #12
Description
This issue should serve as demonstration for the problem observed in in #11 (comment). It seems that the panel on the top-right is not updated until someone adds a comment to the issue or pull request (see comments #11 (comment) (on October 6th 11:08 AM GMT+2) and #11 (comment) (at 11:14))
