add a different view for screencasts

Currently, the user can't see the filename of the screencasts. The filenames give context for which video they should watch.

Here is a basic sketch idea in Google Slides - utilizing the same styles from the top screen, we could list out the titles or filenames. Once clicking on the video it could open a popup video player. Or it could take them to the current view, but then when they go back up a level they could see all the titles again.

Also - I don't think the average person associates "Up" as a home button of sorts. They don't think in file structures the way devs do. Might be better to change that to "home" or "back"
