None values in the GMF dictionary #411
Description
When there are None values in the metaframe dictionary, the save_toml method doesn't work anymore, since TOML doesn't support None or null values. There are at least two sources of None's:
- file_label from the .sav file format
- FreeText distribution, when there are no sentences.
