x-axis faults with encoder error

This happened this morning when doing some tests. The X axis homes fine but when commanded to the zero position it Faults and flips the Feedback fault (status word 6 bit 5).

On a side note, the gb_indi.c was only checking for a specific set of faults. This commit should fix that problem.

The issues fixed itself around noon. I currently have two different theories about what is going on:

1. Something happens when it gets cold that causes issues.
2. Connecting the motors while the power supplies are running cause some sort of glitch that require more than a simple motor restart to fix.
