allmotors.sms does not shut off the led and photo sensor on the solenoid

This issue was found by CJ and Rich when the guidebox was installed. The camera will detect a bright glow after the solenoid is used just once. It has been fixed in the GUI (gb_indi.c) here. The fix simply waits for both motors to stop and then turns the led off.

The fix has been made but not tested in this pull request
