Investigate IRAF for Mtn Ops #73
Description
Mtn Ops likes to use IRAF to check out 90Prime before handing it over to the observers. This is a little outdated, but maybe we can accommodate them. It is also useful to have a tool to investigate incoming images 'by hand' and frankly IRAF is still really good at this (using imexam/mscexam).
The docker version of IRAF on bonsai/bonzai does not play nice with the current 90Prime images. It also only sometimes works with the version of IRAF on bart. This is painful.
@dsand thinks this is a multi-extension fits issue with that version of iraf, but it could also be something wrong in the 90Prime header.
As an initial investigation, @dsand will download the latest version of IRAF onto his machine and use it on new 90Prime images. From there, we need to come up with a solution on bansai/banzai so that Mtn Ops can do their check out.
