Hardware mounting issues from Sep 2022 run

Issues from Mike and Joe:

1. Modify horseshoe lifting fixture to clear controller
2. Modify lens cap so hose fixtures clear cart
3. Add pin to steady dewar during hoist
4. Configure and use new shipping case
5. Fill wand is a little leaky.

As of Sep 22, 2022 the new shipping case has been configured. Other issues being addressed.

The fill wand portion of this has been updated and is good now.

The horseshoe and lens cap still need to be addressed, and @jhoscheidt has a plan to do so.
