Remap source sample slots to free slots in target project

Once the number of sample slots has been successfully validated, we will need to remap samples from the target to the source project. This will entail:

- Indexing all of the samples in both the source bank(s) and target project
- Identifying empty slots in the target project
- Remapping source sample index to an empty target sample index (including sample locks in all patterns)
