Update main UI to allow selecting bank rows

This will both improve upon the existing bank swap function (entering bank numbers in a modal dialog), and will also enable selecting multiple banks for the new "append to project" feature.

This could be done using checkboxes, or perhaps clicking a row and adding a border or background highlight.
