Support for certificates with ecdsa-with-SHA512

Hello,

I run a community site with a private EC key. However, Buran does not seem to be able to open it. (I hope I have worded it correctly. I'm not that familiar with cryptography terms).

Same for Buran (Corewala/Buran#27).

OS information:
CalyxOS 3.5.1 based on LineageOS
Android 12
and
LineageOS for MircoG
Android 11

I looked into a couple years ago, unfortunately we're highly constrained by the dart libs here and it wasn't supported at the time.

I'm not sure if it's listed here if it is, a new build on the latest version of flutter may fix this. I'll take a look next time I dive into dev on the project.
