Keep lock files for corrupted streamers

When you find a file in the bad area, you are just copying the jsn and data files and leaving behing the lock files. Can you fix it?. Bear in mind, the lock files will only appear for optionC merging, but they are crucial for debugging purposes.

Example:

/store/lustre/mergeMacro/run238685/bad/run238685_ls0111_streamNanoDST_StorageManager.lock
/store/lustre/transfer/run238685/bad/run238685_ls0111_streamNanoDST_StorageManager.dat
/store/lustre/transfer/run238685/bad/run238685_ls0111_streamNanoDST_StorageManager.jsn

As you can see the jsn and dat files are in the transfer area, but not the lock file.
