Installer.zip is password protected.

Tried to install and run. Can't.
Loader-v3.11 seems to be password protected.
Can't extract zip or run application directly from zipped folder Installer.zip

Possible fixes:
Rezip application without password protection.
Include Installer.zip password in README.md
