Well, I don't think this project is big enough to have something like https://github.com/auth0/open-source-template/blob/master/GENERAL-CONTRIBUTING.md. And the repository is not so popular, so I did not expect new contributors

But we can create some step-by-step guide on setting up a repository and adding new behavior to the toolbar
