I can't use the Medal Changer

When I put the Medal ID's in my config at the medalslots_1, and the re-load the config nothing happens. (im using the medal id 1344 which is the level 6 2016 service medal)

Does the cheat have a broken Medal Changer or I'm just simply stupid?
