Description
About 1400 songs in choco are in chord_harte but are incorrectly described as just being in "chord".
296 of these "chord" songs in choco do not have a key, and so there is no way to determine the root chord. That's bad. For example, uspop2002_98.jams (Tears in Heaven) is in "chord", without key data.
