Remove title, author and timestamp from RSS content

RSS feed includes article title, author and timestamp in content.

Open Smashing Magazine RSS feed in any RSS reader. You'll see duplicated title and probably author, timestamp too (depending on RSS reader).

- What is the expected behavior?
Content should not contain title, author and timestamp, as they are already displayed by RSS reader.
