Add a straightforward easy way for a repo to add small nginx config customizations

Currently (unless I'm missing some knowledge about a feature), there is no way for a site to make small customizations to the nginx config without overriding the whole nginx role. It'd be great if we had an easy way to add a small addendum to the config that could be added dynamically without overriding the whole role.
