Google Ads Disapproved (Malicious software)

Hi,

could it be that smartsupp is being considered as a malicious software? 

All my ads was marked as "malicious software" yesterday. 
I was using other session recorders like hotjar.com, mousflow.com, inspectlet.com. Now all removed except yours and google still marks all pages as malicious software.
