Make error on selecting non-existing scheduler more user friendly

rebench has an -s option, which allows to select a scheduler.

If -s is given with something that's not a class name, or not an existing class, we should give a nice error instead of a stack trace like in #287 (comment)

Are you a user of ReBench and have you run into this issue before?

Since your suggestion seems to have no relation to our code, it is not actually helpful. And the fix for this issue is trivial.

Based on the stack trace in the linked comment, one can find the function looking up/trying to instantiate the scheduler. If that fails, the easiest solution is to throw an UIError with a helper error message.

That's the kind of warmup task for students who get started with this project.

Since it's not an issue many users actively run into I didn't fix it, but intent to keep it around for a summer intern.
