Mobile app unable to approve Happy Codex commands

Mobile terminal view shows prompt with choices

"Yes"
"Yes, and don't ask for a session"
"Stop, and explain what to do"

Pressing on any option has no effect.

This totally breaks the application functionality.

The mobile app and Happy terminal were just installed as 1/31 (so whatever version is latest)

Thanks for the report — I opened PR #535 which fixes this by aligning Codex exec approvals with MCP validation and handling stop/abort properly. It also preserves legacy fields for older clients. Please take a look: #535
