Unable to Approve Commands When Using Codex Remotely on Mobile - Clicks on Confirm/Always Allow/Deny Have No Response
Detailed Description
When accessing and using Codex via remote connection on the mobile device, the system pops up a prompt to approve the relevant commands (including options: Confirm, Always Allow, Deny). However, clicking on any of these three options triggers no response or feedback from the interface, and the command approval process cannot be completed normally, resulting in the failure to execute subsequent Codex operations.

I'm having same problem. I see
"Yes"
"Yes, and don't ask for session"
"Stop, and explain what to do"

Pressing any of these options has no effect. It's effectively stuck as soon as permission is required.

(I'm also not getting push notifications, doubt its related thought I'd mention it)

Thanks for the report — I opened PR #535 which fixes this by aligning Codex exec approvals with MCP validation and handling stop/abort properly. It also preserves legacy fields for older clients. Please take a look: #535
