[detail] Wrong link to github tag version from clojars

I am not sure if it is deps-deploy bug or build.clj.

1. here on https://clojars.org/net.clojars.kwladyka/consistency/ for 1.0.2 version there is this git tree which has in URL v1.0.2 instead of 1.0.2.

2. previously I deployed 1.0.1 without build.clj and link to github is correct.
