How to disable tree leaves dropping? #111

Hello! I hope you are doing well!
Is there a way to disable tree leaves from dropping as items? I use a silk touch axe so there are quite a lot of them, but even without the silk touch axe a few of them drop.
I found a setting that disables silk touch effects but I want to keep that feature enabled for e.g. Mushroom trees.
I really could not find a way to discuss this anywhere other than here and I saw the "help wanted" tag so I figure this is appropriate - sorry if it is not.
