Downloads aren't working instantly skips to next file

Description

Trying to do a download
magzdb -i 1798
Gets back the correct list of files to download. But it instantly says each files was downloaded, Parses through list instantly but folder is empty of files, no actual download occurs.

Exactly the same problem on my side. Worked 1-2 weeks ago, now it fails as described.

magzdb version: current, Python 3.9.12, macOS

Looks like magzdb switched to https from http.

Here's what's going on:

1. In _html_regex the requests.get command uses allow_redirect=False
2. Without redirect docstring gets "301 Moved Permanently" response.

The solution is to change magzdb.py lines 46-47 to:
self.EDITION_DOWNLOAD_PAGE = "https://magzdb.org/num/{}/dl"
self.EDITION_DOWNLOAD_URL = "https://magzdb.org/file/{}/dl"

Thank you for using this, A new version v1.1.9, is released which fixes this issue.

@skyme5 I'm testing it right now. Downlods with wget and the internal downloader are working fine. If I specify curl as the external downloader, it seems the same bug from before is triggered (skips downloads automatically).

Apart of that, downloads are proceeding, I'll come back later if anything pops up.

@ezxpro do the files exist? Sometimes magzdb says the document exists but when you try to download manually it says "No resource found".
