Hi Skylar,
I sent an e-mail to your NOAA account, but I suspect you are not monitoring that much any more - assuming it still exists.

Our new Hollings scholar is starting on Tuesday so I'm running through your code to make sure it works for the 2019 data, then I will see how it works for the 2021 data. I copied the code from your github site and so far so good.

I don't seem to have the "edna" data that are used in the segment_subsets_mfi.py script. Would you happen to have a copy of those data?
