New plan about the pulsar operator?

Seems the repo hasn't been updated for a long time, do you any new plan to support new versions or you move to new repo ?

@sky-big , looks like if we want to upgrade it to support to latest version, we need do reverse engineering for helm operator here: https://github.com/apache/pulsar-helm-chart/tree/master/charts/pulsar/templates?
Besides, I am interested in pulsar system, but seems can't find some useful information(such as broker number limitations), do you have a group to disscuss about pulsar?
