Greplace not loading buffers

I think this is a case of PEBKAK and not an actual issue with the plugin, but I'm struggling to get help otherwise, so...

As per this SU query, I am only able to get so far with Greplace, right up until... well... :Greplace. Once I get there, no buffers load and therefor no changes are made and nothing to be saved.

As I said, I'm sure it's me, not Greplace, but if you have some insights, that would be greatly appreciated. Full details about what I'm doing can be found here.

Having a similar issue, except that in my case, after I reply to the 'replace' prompt with y or a, Greplace just permanently freezes and I have to restart Vim. Frustrating.

I was having similar issues with :Greplace, it was effectively locking up vim in some unknown way when I ran that command. I eventually discovered that there were vim *.swp files for some or all of the files that it was trying to open and modify and I think that was causing my particular problem. Once I deleted the *.swp files I tried again and it worked.

One thing that wasn't immediately obvious to me, although it was in the documentation, is that after making the changes in each of the files, you have to save all the buffers (assuming you want to keep your changes)--it doesn't automatically save the buffers as it goes. :wall will do that. Otherwise when you try to quit vim it will complain about unsaved changes for each unsaved buffer.
