Description

As a user, I want to disable notifications at times where I am in meetings, focusing on a task, or otherwise don't want to be bothered.

Acceptance criteria

• User can toggle do-not-disturb mode
• When toggled on, messages sent to this recipient will not be delivered until toggled off
