Channel messaging and details

Description

As a member of a channel, I want to send messages to a channel and view all the members in the channel so I know the scope of my message.

Tasks

• On channel page, textbox exists to send message to entire channel
• When send, message to channel is persisted
• Sent messages are viewable by all in the channel
• I can view in real-time messages sent to channel by others
• Channel notifies of unread messages just as rooms do
• List all members of channel on same page (maybe dropdown, accordion, etc -- or on its own page)

Acceptance criteria

• All members of channel are listed
