Problem with X-Camera Circle View

When get into X-Camera's own circle view, BetterPushback plan view not working.

Workaround:

1, Manually go into X-Plane - External - Circle View first, then It's working.
2, In other X-Camera view ( no Circle view selected ), then it's working.

I confirmed with X-Camera developer, that in XP system, it is not assumed that 2 plugin can operate camera view at the same time. That's the reason. The solution can be, by using X-Camera API to disable X-Camera when start better pushback plan view. X-Camera developer said he is more than happy to support this since BetterPushback is an open source project. :)
