Verify Validator Profile

User Story:

As platform Admin, I want to be able to verify a validator's profile, to ensure that the validator meets the required criteria.

Expectations

Implement admin verification workflow:

1. Update verification status (pending/verified/rejected)
2. Record update timestamp

Acceptance Criteria

• Status transition validation
• Automatic timestamp on update

Hi @emarc99 this issue you're resolving is a non blocking issue, you don't need one to be done before you can proceed to do yours.

This is basically; Given a Validator ID, UPDATE validator SET verified/rejected

Not sure what about this is being blocked?
