Valid values for project board

I'm interested in using this action for an organization.
The repo where the issue is created is not where the project board lives.

So instead of project: 4, are there other valid values for project aside from numbers?
I'm trying to reach a board URL like this: https://github.com/orgs/[org-name]/projects/4

This is a good idea and PRs would be welcome for it. I created this action as part of evaluating replacing something external with projects and found it too lacking, so I don't actively use them.
