404 on example code. Project still working?

Hi,

Trying to run functions such as "iex> Hyperliquid.Api.Explorer.block_details(12345)" as per example in documentation but always get
{:error, %{message: "", status_code: 404} 


I'm not sure if I am using the wrong key in config file or if the project is actually not working as its been close to a year since its last update?
