Update models to latest tensorflow and Python

Is there any thoughts on updating this to run on Python >=3.10 and the latest tensorflow libraries? I have managed to get it to run on Python 3.12 and update the snv models/weights. Not so successful with the indel. I think I was able to update the model but have not been able to update the weights. I'm not really good with AI but would be willing to help. Looks like the indel model may need to be retrained. If the training files are somewhere I can download them, I will give it a shot.

Hi @pkMyt1, could you please clarify what you are trying to do with the models? You mention that you were able to run it on Python 3.12. Are you trying to fine-tune the weights? Thanks

I can run the snv on 3.12 after allowing tensorflow to update the model, cannot run the INDEL. I get an error saying the model has to be retrained. The library is unable to import the weights. I tried to update the model for the new library but it failed. I am new to AI so learning as I go along. I compared the SNV output to that from caVEMAN and found them to be quite similar.
