Retrieving all tested elements with their p-values

Hi there,

Is there any way to generate an unfiltered set of tested elements and their p-values for recurrent mutations?
At the moment, the outputs have already been filtered to just include the significant hotspots.

Hello,
MutSpot outputs all regions with at least 2 mutations, and does not filter the output for significant hotspots. You can adjust the minimum number of mutations required using the min.count parameter.
